The Smith & Nephew ACUFEX Anatomic ACL Guide System for double bundle ACL reconstruction lets you closely restore the anatomic footprints of the AM and PL bundles.

Using this set of instruments, you can drill independent and diverging bone tunnels on the femoral and tibial side of the knee joint, with consistent, reproducible separation. By restoring both bundles of the ACL, you may be able to improve the rotational stability without sacrificing the A-P translation.

Femoral and tibial aimers ensure a 2 to 3 mm bone bridge between the AM and PL tunnels.
